1. No Refund After Order Processing

Due to the personalised nature of our products, validated and processed orders are not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to carefully review all the information provided during your order before confirming it.

Exceptions may only be considered if a verifiable error or a specific defect is identified in the delivered song. In such cases, please contact us immediately so that we can examine your request.

2. Revisions for Delivered Orders

Once your song has been delivered, we offer one free revision to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Revision Process: We will work with you to understand the necessary adjustments and make the required modifications.
  • Timeframe: A revision may take up to 7 business days from the receipt of your request.
  • Limitations: Revisions are limited to minor or specific corrections, such as pronunciation errors or text adjustments. Any further revision beyond the first free revision will incur a fee of $9.90 per revision.

3. Handling Errors or Issues

If you receive a song that contains an error, incorrect element, or any other defect, please contact our customer service immediately. We commit to:

  • Quickly examine your issue.
  • Provide an appropriate solution, either by correcting the song or proposing a suitable alternative.

4. Conditions Specific to Personalised Products

Due to the customised nature of our songs:

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after delivery, except in the case of a manifest error on our part.
  • Requests for modifications must be submitted within 7 days following the initial delivery.

5. Guarantees and Responsibilities

Melomade Studio guarantees that each song is created with care and in accordance with the information provided by the customer. However:

  • We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete information submitted during the order process.
  • Adjustments resulting from such erroneous information may incur additional fees.

6. Processing Time and Delivery

The standard time to process and deliver an order is 72 hours, unless an express delivery option has been selected. We recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder if you cannot locate our confirmation or delivery email.
