Your personalized song will be delivered via email within a maximum of 72 hours after your order has been confirmed.

• Fast Delivery (48 hours):

For urgent orders, we offer an Fast option. Your song will be delivered within 48 hours from the order confirmation. This option is available for an additional $9.90.

• Express Delivery (24 hours):

For urgent orders, we offer an Express option. Your song will be delivered within 24 hours from the order confirmation. This option is available for an additional $14.90.

⚠️ Important: The delivery timeframe begins only after all necessary information for creating your song has been provided and confirmed.

2. Delivery Method

Your personalized song will be sent via email in digital format, along with the song lyrics. You will receive a link to download your unique creation directly.

3. Email Verification

Sometimes, our emails may end up in spam or junk folders, especially for Hotmail or Outlook users.

We recommend checking these folders if you do not find your order confirmation or song in your inbox.

5. Modification Options After Delivery
